Payouts and Bank Transfers
Payouts are transfers from your Sangho balance to your bank account or Mobile Money. You choose between automatic or manual payouts.
Prerequisites
- Approved KYC required
- Bank account or Mobile Money linked in settings
- Sufficient available balance (minimum 10,000 XAF)
Link a Bank Account
- 1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Payout Accounts
- 2. Click Add Account
- 3. Enter: IBAN (if available), bank account number, bank name, account holder
- 4. A 1 XAF validation transfer is made to verify the account
Automatic Payouts
Enable automatic payouts to receive your balance on a set frequency: daily (D+2), weekly (every Monday), or monthly (1st of the month). The minimum trigger balance is configurable.
Manual Payouts
Trigger a payout on demand from Dashboard → Payouts → New Payout. The amount is immediately deducted from your available balance.

Attention
Bank transfers are subject to anti-money laundering checks. Supporting documents may be required for large amounts.

Available vs. Pending Balance
The available balance can be transferred immediately. The pending balance corresponds to recent transactions whose funds have not yet been released (48h anti-fraud security delay).
