Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Sangho platform by merchants, SMBs, and developers. By creating a Sangho account, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose

Sangho SAS is a company specializing in B2B electronic payment services in Central Africa. The platform enables merchants to accept payments via Mobile Money, bank card, and PayPal.

Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old
• Operate a legal business within the CEMAC zone
• Not appear on any international sanctions list
• Have completed and received approval for the KYC process

Merchant Responsibilities

• Keep API keys confidential
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Comply with transaction limits
• Inform Sangho of any suspicious activity
• Keep information accurate and up to date

Termination

Sangho reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to meet KYC obligations, or a request from competent authorities.

Note

These Terms are governed by Gabonese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Libreville, Gabon.
