3. Intellectual Property

All content present on the Sangho platform — including, without limitation, the “Sangho” trademark, logo, text, graphics, icons, interfaces, source code, APIs, documentation, and data — is the exclusive property of Sangho SAS or its partners, and is protected by Gabonese law and international conventions relating to intellectual property.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or misrepresentation, in whole or in part, of the site or its content, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Sangho SAS, is prohibited and constitutes an actionable infringement.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and product names mentioned on the platform belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not constitute a partnership or implied endorsement.

4. Protection of Personal Data

Sangho SAS processes personal data in connection with the provision of its services. As data controller for its own activities and as data processor for those of its merchant customers, Sangho SAS undertakes to process this data in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and applicable Gabonese legislation.

5. Financial Regulation

Sangho SAS conducts its payment services activities in compliance with the directives of the BEAC (Bank of Central African States) relating to payment institutions and electronic payment systems within the CEMAC zone. The anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CFT) framework is implemented in accordance with the recommendations of GABAC (Task Force on Money Laundering in Central Africa) and the recommendations of the FATF.

This Legal Notice is governed by Gabonese law. In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the Sangho platform, the competent courts of Libreville (Gabon) shall have sole jurisdiction over the matter, unless otherwise required by law.
