Bank Cards
Sangho accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express card payments through its partner Braintree (PayPal). Processing is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — Sangho never stores card data.
Activation
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Payment methods
- Click Bank Cards → Activate
- A Braintree account is created automatically — no additional steps required
- Available on all plans (variable commissions)

3D Secure (3DS2)
The 3D Secure 2 protocol is activated automatically for at-risk transactions. The buyer is prompted to authenticate their payment via a notification from their bank or an SMS code. Successful 3DS transactions benefit from a liability shift.
Tokenization
Card data is tokenized via Braintree Hosted Fields before it reaches Sangho’s servers. Sangho only handles opaque tokens — never the card numbers (PAN).
