Manage Your Sangho Billing

This section covers billing for your Sangho subscription (Growth, Scale, Business plans), separate from your customers’ transactions.

Changing plans

• Go to Settings → Sangho Subscription
• Click Change Plan
• Select the new plan
• The difference is prorated for the current billing period
• The change takes effect immediately

Account payment method

Provide a valid bank card for automatic renewal of your Sangho subscription. Mobile Money payments are not accepted for account billing.

Sangho invoices

Your monthly Sangho invoices are available in Settings → Billing → History. Each invoice is sent by email to the billing address and is available as a PDF.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period. On the Starter plan, there is nothing to cancel.

Note

The Starter plan is entirely free — you only pay commissions on successful transactions (2.9% + 190 XAF). No bank card required.
